From an offline butler service to a scalable hospitality workforce platform.
How Zolvify transformed a manual hospitality staffing operation into a multi-sided platform connecting hotels, verified butlers and bartenders through booking, dispatch, attendance, notifications and billing.
Case Study at a Glance
A connected operating layer for hospitality staffing.
Servouz brings demand, verified workforce, location-based dispatch, attendance and commercial operations into one product.
Three-sided platform
Admin, Hotel and Partners experiences designed around distinct operational needs.
Workforce marketplace
Verified partners receive relevant booking opportunities based on availability and location.
Operations platform
Admin controls the exception paths, verification, assignment, billing and booking lifecycle.
Product Challenge
The hard part was coordinating the real world.
The platform had to coordinate people, locations, availability, bookings, verification, attendance and payment while still giving operations a way to intervene when reality did not follow the happy path.
Three experiences. One operational core.
Admin operates across all three sides, managing verification, hotels, bookings, assignments, payment status and exceptions.
Workforce trust
Partners needed profile completion, Aadhaar information and photo, PAN, medical certificate, NDA and professional profile details before they could become eligible for bookings.
Location-aware fulfillment
Bookings had to reach eligible nearby partners, with configurable dispatch radius and operational escalation when a booking remained unfilled.
Physical attendance
The platform needed to connect digital booking status with hotel-gate arrival, job start and job completion using location and OTP validation.
Operational exceptions
Admin needed manual assignment, reassignment, partner removal, cancellation and dispatch controls when automated fulfillment was insufficient.
Discovery & Product Strategy
We designed the product around the operational lifecycle.
Rather than treating Servouz as a simple booking application, the product was structured as a multi-sided workforce marketplace and operations platform.
Command Center
Partner verification, hotel management, booking management, assignment, reassignment, dispatch radius, notifications, payment status and operational intervention.
Demand & Booking
Create staffing requirements, select date and slot, specify staff count and role, choose dress code, add venue and notes, then track fulfillment.
Workforce App
Register, complete verification, set availability, receive nearby bookings, accept or reject, reach the venue and complete attendance workflows.

Product Solution
Every major operational workflow became a structured product flow.
Partners Management
Add partners; view verified and pending counts; list registered partners with profile, name, phone, gender, role and current address; view/edit details; activate/deactivate; mark verified/unverified; reject with notes; manage availability; review verified Aadhaar (using digilocker), PAN, medical certificate and LinkedIn information.
Hotel Management
Add hotels with hotel name, contact person, phone, email, address and prepaid/postpaid payment type. Manage listings, onboarding notifications, credentials, contact details and active/blocked status.
Registration & Verification
OTP-based registration with name, phone, email, password and Partners role. Partners select current address using Google Places, upload required documents, download/upload NDA, add LinkedIn profile and see incomplete, under-review, verified or rejected status with rejection reasons.
Availability & Bookings
Set availability day- and slot-wise. Once a booking is confirmed, the partner cannot cancel or change availability for that day and must inform Admin for reassignment. Upcoming and past bookings show hotel, venue, date, staff requirement, confirmed count, dress code and hotel notes.
Booking Creation
Create a booking with date, slot time, staff count, Partners role, predefined dress selection, Google Places venue with coordinates and notes. Hotels can view booking lists, details, assigned staff count and payment status.
Event-Day Tracking
Hotels can see upcoming, ongoing and past bookings, receive reminders before the event, view assigned butler information, receive venue-arrival notifications and generate check-in/check-out OTPs for selected partners.
Booking Operations
View upcoming bookings from today onward and past bookings for the last three months. See hotel, venue, date, required staff, confirmed count, payment status, booking status, dress code and hotel notes. View accepted partners and check-in/check-out time and location.
Assignment & Reassignment
Manually assign partners, reassign them, cancel bookings, remove partners, add new bookings and adjust the dispatch radius to values such as 10 KM or 20 KM before notifying nearby eligible partners.
Operational Escalation
Partners receive notifications for relevant actions and nearby bookings. Admin can be notified after a defined period when a booking remains unfilled or partially filled, such as when only 2 of 4 required partners have accepted.
Attendance & Job Lifecycle
Partners receive booking notifications, view details, accept/reject, reach the hotel, check in at the gate, start the job using hotel-provided OTP, complete the job using checkout OTP, and record relevant location information.
Slots & Commission Settings
Slot and commission settings can be surfaced as read-only information for Hotel and Individual users, while Admin controls the operational configuration.
Recent Activity
The Admin dashboard includes recent activity so operations can quickly understand current platform activity.
Partners · Hotels · Bookings · Billing
Dispatch & Attendance
Connecting digital bookings to physical service delivery.
Servouz needed to represent what happens outside the application: the partner travels to the venue, arrives at the hotel, starts the service and completes the job.
Dispatch & Attendance Workflow
From hotel booking to partner response, attendance and service records.
01–04 · Booking & Dispatch
Admin-configurable dispatch radius
Admin can adjust the radius before notifying nearby eligible partners.
Accept → Confirmed → Attendance
Reject → Booking fulfillment
Step 03 · Admin / Platform
Location-Based Dispatch
Admin can adjust the dispatch radius to values such as 10 KM or 20 KM before notifying nearby eligible partners.
Configurable dispatch
Bookings notify eligible nearby partners using a configurable dispatch radius, such as 10 KM or 20 KM. Admin controls the radius and can manually assign or reassign partners.
Operational escalation
Admin can be notified after a defined period when a booking remains unfilled or partially filled, such as when only 2 of 4 required partners have accepted.
Attendance & job lifecycle
Hotel-gate check-in records location. Job start and job completion use hotel-generated OTPs and relevant location information.
Billing & feedback
Prepaid bookings use online payment; postpaid hotels use billing cycles with invoices and outstanding-payment tracking. Customer review capability is available for partners after service.
